    Delivery Service

    We are proud to offer local delivery throughout the New York City metropolitan area. Simply select your preferred delivery date using our online calendar during checkout. Once your order has been received and processed, you will receive an order confirmation.

    Same-day delivery is available for orders placed by 12:00 PM (ET), subject to availability.

    Delivery Schedule

    Our deliveries are made between 11:00 AM and 7:00 PM.

    To provide the best service possible, deliveries are prioritized in the following order:

    • Business addresses
    • Residential addresses

    Delivery Fees

    Manhattan

    • $30 per delivery (Wall Street to 99th Street)
    • $50 per delivery (Above 99th Street)

    Brooklyn

    • $65 per delivery (via our trusted messenger service)

    Queens, Long Island City, Hoboken & Jersey City

    • $75 per delivery

    Timed Deliveries

    If your order requires delivery within a specific timeframe, please include your preferred three-hour delivery window in the Order Notes section during checkout. While we cannot guarantee exact delivery times, we will make every effort to accommodate your request.

    Residential Deliveries

    For residential buildings without a doorman or concierge, our delivery team will contact the recipient by text message to arrange a convenient three-hour delivery window. To help ensure a smooth delivery, please provide the recipient's mobile phone number or email address when placing your order.

    Should any delivery questions or unforeseen issues arise, we will keep you informed every step of the way.

  • To help your floral arrangement remain vibrant and beautiful for as long as possible, we recommend the following care:

    1. Refresh the Water – Beginning on the second day after delivery, replace the water every two days with fresh, cool water.
    2. Maintain a Clean Vase – Each time you change the water, add a single drop of household bleach to help minimize bacteria and keep the water crystal clear.
    3. Re-cut the Stems – Trim approximately 1 inch (2–3 cm) from the bottom of each stem at a 45-degree angle whenever you refresh the water. This allows the flowers to hydrate more efficiently.
    4. Keep Your Flowers Cool – Display your arrangement in a cool location away from direct sunlight, heating vents, air conditioners, and ripening fruit to maximize freshness and longevity.
