Residential Deliveries

For residential buildings without a doorman or concierge, our delivery team will contact the recipient by text message to arrange a convenient three-hour delivery window. To help ensure a smooth delivery, please provide the recipient's mobile phone number or email address when placing your order.

To help your floral arrangement remain vibrant and beautiful for as long as possible, we recommend the following care:

Refresh the Water – Beginning on the second day after delivery, replace the water every two days with fresh, cool water.

Maintain a Clean Vase – Each time you change the water, add a single drop of household bleach to help minimize bacteria and keep the water crystal clear.

Re-cut the Stems – Trim approximately 1 inch (2–3 cm) from the bottom of each stem at a 45-degree angle whenever you refresh the water. This allows the flowers to hydrate more efficiently.

Keep Your Flowers Cool – Display your arrangement in a cool location away from direct sunlight, heating vents, air conditioners, and ripening fruit to maximize freshness and longevity.
